Jing Liu received her Master degree of Science (2007) in control theory and control engineering at the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences. She holds a PhD degree from the Robotics Research Institute, Section Information Technology at TU Dortmund University, where she did her work on simulation and control of bipedal humanoid robots. Her research interest lies in the area of humanoid robots, bipedal walking, and robot control. She is currently with the Locomotion Laboratory, Institute of Sport Science at the Technical University Darmstadt.
